Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to strengthen the standard of life for all residents while resolving ongoing concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are standards related to landscaping, noise ordinances, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments thoroughly and submit their comments by August 15th.
- An open forum will be scheduled on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
